How NorCal Apparel collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the store.
This page is a starting point and is not legal advice. Review and finalize it with qualified counsel before launch, and tailor it to how NorCal Apparel actually operates.
Information you give us — name, email, shipping address, phone, order details, and any artwork you upload. Information collected automatically — basic device/usage data and cookies needed to run the store and keep you signed in. We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our processor.
To take and fulfill your orders, process payments, send order and account communications, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Card payments are processed by Stripe (via our platform partner Printcru as merchant of record). Your card details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms; we receive only limited information needed to manage your order.
We share data only with providers that help us run the store — hosting, database/auth, payments, and shipping carriers — under agreements that limit their use of it. We don’t sell your personal information.
We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in, the cart, and security. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we’ll update this policy and provide controls where required.
We keep order and account records as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
You can access or update your details from your account, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request access to or deletion of your data, subject to applicable law. Contact us using the link below to make a request.
The store isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Reach us via the contact link below with any privacy question.
