These terms govern your use of the NorCal Apparel store and any custom-apparel order you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
This page is a starting point and is not legal advice. Review and finalize it with qualified counsel before launch, and tailor it to how NorCal Apparel actually operates.
NorCal Apparel provides custom apparel decoration (screen-print, DTF/DTG, embroidery) on operator-selected blank garments. Payments are processed by our platform partner, Printcru, as merchant of record.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and confirm the order on screen and/or by email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any charge) if pricing was clearly wrong, artwork can’t be produced, or stock is unavailable.
Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. You authorize us (via Printcru) to charge the total to your payment method when you submit your order.
You represent that you own or have the rights to any artwork, logos, or designs you upload, and that printing them does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely to produce your order. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful or infringing.
Items are printed to order. Estimated ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. Color, placement, and finish are produced within standard print tolerances; small variations are normal and not defects.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier (or on pickup). We aren’t responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Because items are custom-made to order, returns are limited. See our Returns policy.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Don’t misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the law.
The store is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions go to the contact link below.
