Because each item is decorated to your specification, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Please double-check your size, color, and artwork before you order.
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or different from the approved proof, we’ll make it right — a free remake or a refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Manufacturing or print errors: wrong item, wrong decoration, off-spec placement beyond normal tolerance, or material flaws. Minor variation in color, placement, and finish within standard print tolerance is expected and isn’t a defect.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
You can cancel before your order enters production for a full refund. Once it’s on the floor, it can’t be cancelled because materials and print time are already committed.
